The Method Ongoing Personalised Plan When you sign up with The Method, your coach will reach out to you with a questionnaire. We want to know everything about you, from your background, your loves, what motivates you and what inspires you. We want to know your goals so we can help structure a plan and a diet that works for you.
We base our plans around macros. We believe that diets are personal, and they change day by day, so we give you flexibility to take control of your diet, while allowing us to make sure you stay within the parameters that we have set, to help you achieve your goals.
After filling out our questionnaire, your assigned coach will go away and work on a plan that is designed around your current activities & your goals. They will give you a macro split that we believe is going to work for you, and offer the tools to help you make the most out of your journey. Each week, you'll check in with your coach with your body weight, macros, measurements & more from the past week. Your coach will re-adjust your macros as they see necessary, to continue your path towards your goals. All our coaches are there for 24/7 support, and have the tools and experience to help you through this amazing journey. Investment - $45 per week.
