This is going to be a fun way of setting you up to achieve your goals for 2020.
Working with a group of like minded people will help to keep you accountable and on track.
Here’s how it will work:
The challenge will start on Sunday March 1st with all members submitting their starting stats (No.2 above) The two variable classes can be at any time, any day of the week but the mandatory class will be at 10am Saturday morning with coach Sally in the gym and although we can’t insist on you being there we encourage you to be a team player and attend. On Saturday 14th March there will be a team walk up Mt Lofty so book it into your calendar now. After the final Saturday workout we’ll all go out for Brunch together as a team ( 28th venue TBA) The final day of the challenge will be Sunday 29th March where your final stats will need to be submitted (weekly submissions will be each Sunday evening)
There will be some great prizes to be won (Won’t deny or confirm Garmin coming to the party on that) plus gym memberships.
